Several Fabrics Suitable For Baby Blankets

Acrylic fiber has excellent properties and is called synthetic wool because its properties are close to wool. Although we usually call it polyacrylonitrile fiber, only 90%-94% of it is acrylonitrile. This is because fibers made of a single acrylonitrile polymer are inflexible and brittle, and are very difficult to dye. In order to overcome these shortcomings of polyacrylonitrile, people adopt the method of adding a second monomer to soften the fibers and adding a third monomer to improve the dyeing ability.

Polyester is an important variety of synthetic fibers. Polyester fabric has high strength and elastic recovery ability. So it's durable and wrinkle-resistant and easy to iron. However, polyester fabrics have poor hygroscopicity, feel stuffy when wearing, and are easy to carry static electricity and stain dust, which affects the appearance and comfort. However, it is very easy to dry after washing, and the wet strength hardly decreases and does not deform, so it has a good wash and wears performance. Polyester blankets also have good heat resistance and light resistance.

Spandex started its industrial production in 1959, usually by spinning spandex and other fibers into core-spun yarns for weaving. Clothing made of spandex is comfortable to wear, can adapt to the needs of deformation of various parts of the body, and can reduce the sense of restraint of clothing on the body.

Nylon is also called nylon or nylon. It has good strength and wears resistance. It ranks first among all fibers. The hygroscopicity of nylon fabrics is a better variety than synthetic fiber fabrics, but nylon has poor ventilation and air permeability and is prone to static electricity.

As for flannel fabric and coral fleece, the plush of flannel is more delicate and dense, and the plush of coral fleece is thicker and sparser; so the coral fleece is easy to lose hair, while flannel is not easy to lose hair.

The weight of flannel is relatively high, which means that the fabric will be thicker, but the coral fleece blanket is warmer, more comfortable to cover, easy to clean, and will not deform or ball.
